Public Engagement and Education Assistant - position available.

Location: Manchester
Salary: £24,273 per annum

Nowgen is looking to recruit a Public Engagement and Education Assistant to join our Public Programmes Team. The post holder will contribute to several projects engaging a range of audiences with emerging science and wider issues associated with human genetics. Projects will include engaging young people with genetics in both formal and informal contexts, supporting teachers through development and delivery of continuing professional development and organising events for public and patient groups to develop appreciation of the science and issues related to human genetics and genetics services.
